PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and J.M. Pacific <br />Construction, in the amount of $95,280.00, for the Upper District Court <br />Parking Lot project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT KNIT MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />KNIT, to provide Architectural Services to assist with projects at the <br />Jail and other County buildings, beginning September 5, 2023, and <br />continuing until completion of the projects. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-149 J.M. PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2023-149, Awarding a Bid to J.M.
