A letter from the <br />municipality is included. <br />t/ 4. Lodging tax capital project funds are not being substituted for other funds that are <br />already secured or applied for (if applicable). <br />{ 5. Municipality has secured matching funds of at least 10% of the total project costs. <br />-t- 6. A completed project budget is included in the application (if applicable). <br />"/ 7.
