This documentation <br />may include award letters, letters of commitment, or loan approval documentation. you mustinclude this in order to meet the matching funds requirement. lf the funding source includes <br />applicant funds, proof of available funding in the form of a letter of commitment from an <br />authorized body or representative of the applicant is adequate. <br />+"3 <br />9
