<br />CONTRACTOR also agrees to defend, indemnifo, and hold WASPC harmless from allSUBCONTRACTOR and supplier claims for payment, including any liens that may be filed.
<br />CONTRACTOR further agrees to dofeni, indemniff, and hold WASPC harmless from allWSHA or other related claims, demands, proceedings, violations, penalties, assessments,or fines that arise out of or relaie to GONTRACTOR'S failure to iomply with any safety-related laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, or its obligations heieinder.
<br />Forpurposes of the foregoing indemnification provision onty, and only to the extent of claimsagainst CONTRACTOR by WASPC under such indemnifiiation pro-vision, CONTRACTOR
<br />specifically waives any_immuni$ it may be granted under the Washington State lndustrial
<br />lnsurance Act, Title 51 RCW. The indemnificition obligation under this CbNTRACT shalt not
<br />be limited in any way by any limitation on the amounior type of damages, compensation orbenefits payable to or for any third party under workers compensation aEts, disabilities benefitacts, or other employee benefit acts. This term is speciiically negotiated for and agreed
<br />between the parties.
<br />20. ENTIRE AGREEIIIENT. This CONTRACT, the RFP and CONTRACTOR response,
<br />Statement of Work, Project Narrative, and Budgei Worksheet contains the entire agreemenibetween the parties and may not be modified-or amended except as provided herein. No
<br />othe.r understanding, oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this CONTRACT shallbe deemed to exist or to bind any of thL parties hereto. The CONTRACTOR shail comply
<br />with all applicable laws, ordinances, cooes, regulations, and policies of local, state, anO stirtilgovernments. This coNTMcr consists of the following documents:
