XIV. WAIVER <br />A failure by either party to exercise its rights under this agreement shall not preclude that <br />party from subsequent exercise of such rights and shall not constitute a waiver of any other <br />rights under this agreement unless stated to be such in a writing signed by an authorized <br />representative of the party and attached to the original agreement. <br />XV. ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS <br />COUNTY will remain current with Federal and Washington State accessibility standards and <br />comply with OC/OPolicy 188— Accessibility located at <br />his://ocio wa gov/policy/accessibill. <br />XVI. CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />No officer, official, agent, or employee of either party to this contract who exercises <br />any function or responsibility in the review, approval, or carrying out of this contract, shall <br />participate in any decision which affects their personal interest or the interest of any <br />corporation, partnership or association in which they are, directly or indirectly, interested; nor <br />shall they have any personal or pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or the <br />proceeds thereof. <br />VSP 2023-25 Biennium Contract Between the WSCC and County - Page 14 of 21 <br />
