FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Solid Waste purchased the water right for $1,020,500 and will need to be compensated <br />for their investment. Staff anticipates that the City of Kittitas will desire to purchase a <br />portion of the water, and that the 403 Fund will be utilized to purchase the remainder. <br />The 403 Fund balance is sufficient to pay for a portion of the water.
