As part of the outreach to seek public comment, an open house will be held in Upper <br />County and in Lower County. An on-line form is also available on the Public Works page <br />of the County website. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Estimated costs of design, right-of-way, construction, and construction engineering are <br />identified for each project.
