Dr. John Asriel moved to approve the BOH <br />Resolution 2023-001 to Recommend Amendments to Chapters 13.03, 13.20, 13.25, 13.30, 13.35, and 13.40 of the <br />Kittitas County Code. James Donaldson second. All approved. Motion 06-02 carried to approve the BOH <br />Resolution 2023-001 to Recommend Amendments to Chapters 13.03, 13.20, 13.25, 13.30, 13.35, and 13.40 of the <br />Kittitas County Code. <br />10:26 am Public Comment BOCC portion <br />10:26 am Closed public Comment <br />Discussion amongst board members to amend the presented BOCC Ordinance 2023-005 to Amend Chapters 13.03, <br />13.20, 13.25, 13.30, 13.35, and 13.40 of the Kittitas County Code. Commissioner Wright directed Jesse Cox, <br />Environmental Heath Supervisor, to number the Road definition and include the following definition of road <br />language: <br />The meaning of road for this Section 13.03.175 will be updated to state that it shall include but is not limited to, <br />any country, state or federal right of way and any private road in accordance with Kittitas County Code Chapter 12 <br />Definitions and Abbreviations. Driveways as defined in Kittitas County Code Chapter 12 are not considered roads <br />under this Chapter. <br />Motion 06-03: BOCC Ordinance 2023-005 to Amend Chapters 13.03, 13.20, 13.25, 13.30, 13.35, and 13.40 of the <br />Kittitas County Code as amended.
