Wise Fee Schedule 2023 - 2024 <br />Hourly Consulting Rates for Professional Services are as follows: <br />Tier 1 - S140 per hour (Program Support) <br />Tier 2 • $165 per hour (Professional Services) <br />Tier 3 - S175 per hour (Directors) <br />Special - Individual Technical Assistance (ITA) services in WA State — S165 <br />Specialty Offers — Fees are determined on a per offer basis. See Specialty Offers schedule. <br />Customized Employment ACRE Certification (WOA 100): $750 <br />Customized Employment ACRE certification prepares students for sitting for the APSE CESP exam. This <br />program is offered quarterly as a 3 course, non -sequential series. <br />Individual courses are available at $250 per course. <br />Employment Professional Certificate Program (WOA 200): $2500 <br />The program is offered in 3 sequential 6 — week courses from November — April annually <br />,� - <br />Expenses: <br />Per State or Federal Travel regulations on reimbursable basis. Mileage billed at the current IRS rate. Hourly rates do <br />not include travel expenses. <br />Special Considerations: <br />The above rates and registration fees do not include cost of venues, interpreters, alternative formats for <br />documents or other accommodation costs, the cost of supplying food, refreshments or supplies to participants <br />in a training or technical assistance service/event. These expenses will be negotiated and proposed in addition to <br />training and technical assistance rates. <br />Third Party Brokering Services: <br />A 15% Brokering Fee will be charged on any third -party invoice brokered through Wise. For any contracts brokered <br />that exceed 535,000 in a fiscal year the Brokering Fee will then be reduced to 10%. <br />The Brokering Fee includes the development of the subcontract, contract compliance monitoring, insurance, fiscal <br />oversight, auditing services, fiscal reporting to the contractor and IRS_ Third party consultants may be brokered <br />within the Wise rate range per hour unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director, and/or the funding entity. <br />International Projects: <br />Projects and/or consulting engagements will be individually negotiated in accordance with this this fee schedule in <br />US dollars. <br />Final 6.30.2023 <br />Please submit an invoice monthly to - <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 28 <br />
