and/or volunteers who may or will have limited access to any <br />client/juvenile, prior to any access under this agreement. <br />The Contractor shall, based on the results from the criminal <br />background check, determine whether each employee, volunteer, and <br />subcontractor is suitable for access to clients/juveniles. <br />N. CHANGES OR ADDITIONS: <br />No change or addition to this agreement shall be valid or binding upon <br />either party unless such change or addition is in writing and executed by <br />both parties. <br />O. EFFECTIVE DATE AND RENEWALS: <br />This agreement shall be effective January 1. 2024, and shall terminate on <br />December 31, 2024. <br />This agreement shall be automatically renewed on a calendar year basis <br />unless written notice of termination is given by either party no later than <br />_November 1 of any such year. Failure of either party to notify the other of <br />such termination on or before November 1 of any year shall cause this <br />agreement to automatically be renewed for the next ensuing year. <br />P.
