HH-2023 -00 I - Hopesource -Youth <br />STATEMENT OF WORK AND BUDGET- SEE ATTACHED APPLICATION <br />REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A 20 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING AND <br />CONVERSION TO HOUSING FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR <br />OTHERWISE IN NEED OF AFF'ORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING. <br />REPORTING <br />For the reports required by Section 4.1, the agency will use the standardized reporting form <br />developed by the Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee. <br />The Annual Report is due on or before the 15th day of January 2024. and each year until <br />January 15,2025.
