BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESoLUTToN No. 2023 - lX(o <br />CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR ON RESOLUTION 2023.116 <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS COT]NTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF' THE VOLUNTARY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Resolution 2023-116 authorized the execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and Kittitas County Conservation District for <br />Implementation of the Voluntary Stewardship Program; and <br />WHEREAS: After Resolution 2023-116 was approved an error in the title of said Resolution was <br />discovered; and <br />WHEREAS: Said Action was to Authorize the Execution of a Contract between Kittitas County <br />and the Washington State Conservation Commission for the Implementation of the <br />Voluntary Stewardship Program; and <br />WHEREAS: This Resolution is intended to correct the scrivener's error in Resolution2023-Il6 <br />to reflect the correct title and action for the Implementation of the Voluntary <br />Stewardship Program; <br />NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby approve this Resolution correcting the scrivener's error in <br />Resolution 2023-116.
