PROFE SSIONAL SERVIC ES AGREEMENT This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County on behalf of Kittitas County Superior Court, Juvenile Court Services, (hereinafter "the County") and Kristi Hunzikei,MSW LICSW, CSOTP (hereinafter "Contractor"). The County and Contractor agree as follows: General Conditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work); Exhibit B (Compensation); Exhibit C (Proof of lnsurance). copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if set forth herein. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Septembe r 1 ,2023 and continueuntil June 30,2025' Any parly may lerminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days,notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid-by certified mail,return receipt requested, to the party's last known address tor ttre'purposes of giving notice under this paragraph. Contractor acknowledges and by signing this Agreement agrees that theln_demnification provisions set forth in Paragraptrs 7 (lndeperident Contracto4, g (Taxes),15 (Defense and lndemnity Agreement), 21 (PatenUCopyright lnfringement) and Z.q(Confidentiality), are totally and fully part of this Agreement and have been mutuallynegotiated by the parties.
