4.Partial Funding:  If this project were to receive only partial funding from this source, <br />how would the project be impacted?  How would the proposal be adjusted for less than <br />the requested amount of funds?  (250 words max.) <br />16 <br />If this request were to only receive partial funding, it would mean reducing the number of <br />homeless households that could be served, especially those who have no alternative <br />resources or options, and suffering as a community for those who cannot be served and <br />must live in their cars or other unsuitable structures.
