b. Our vision is to dedicate a portion of this training site to government agencies. <br />So, they may come and go as needed and work out a schedule among <br />themselves. Then provide access to the remainder of the site by reservation. <br />7. 2023 agreement special circumstances <br />a. A. Funds may only be exchanged once permitting is in place. <br />b. The training area is free for use under the conditions above, and the 1 year will <br />start once the permit is in place and payments have been made. <br />8. Termination Clause: <br />Either party may terminate this agreement by giving the other party at least ninety (90) days <br />advance written notice.
