Page 10 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF WORK AND BUDGET - SEE ATTACHED APPLICATION <br />REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A 20 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING AND <br />CONVERSION TO HOUSING FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR <br />OTHERWISE IN NEED OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING. <br /> <br /> <br />REPORTING <br /> <br />For the reports required by Section 4.1 , the agency will u se the standardized reporting form <br />developed by the Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> <br />The Annual Report is due on or before the 15th day of January 2024. and each year until <br />January 15, 2025. These reports shall include data on occupancy, and th e demographic data <br />that describes the population served by the apartment purchase that is the subject of this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Reports shall reflect the data compiled and provided in compliance with section 3.1. <br /> <br />Please send an electronic copy of each report t o: <br /> Kittitas County Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Kate Jimenez, Kittitas County Board of Commissioners office <br /> Kittitas County Auditor’s Office, Byran Elliott <br /> <br /> <br />*Reporting requirements may be amended by the Committee so that appropriate data can be <br />gathered. <br /> <br />
