4. TASK FOUR: DEVELOP OUTREACH CAMPAIGN STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENT <br />CONSULTANT will prepare an outreach campaign strategy and implement the campaign <br />with support from COUNTY. It is anticipated that various outreach techniques will be <br />utilized such as telephone outreach, webinars with questionaries and other proven <br />industry techniques. CONSULTANT will advise the COUNTY on where to target efforts <br />and the probable costs of each outreach element. COUNTY will lead or support <br />CONSULTANT efforts as identified in the campaign strategy. CONSULTANT will <br />identify who is to lead securing various campaign products (CONSULTANT or <br />COUNTY) and any third -parry vendors likely for support. <br />DELIVERABLE: Road Fund Levy election campaign materials and delivery of the <br />election campaign. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
