KITTITAS COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES STUDY SESSION MINUTES COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 Regular Meeting MONDAY 1:30 PM July 24, 2023 Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. Others: Mark Cook, Josh Fredrickson, Arden Thomas, Rebecca Cruse, Public Works; Jessica Miller, Jamey Ayling, Community Development Services; Jeanne Killgore, Human Resources; 1 member of the public. At 1:30 PM Chairman Cory Wright opened the Community Development Services Study Session. No Citizen Comments. WATERSHED GROUP TASK ORDER UPDATE Jamey Ayling requested the Board of County Commissioners support of a proposed task order for The Watershed Group to begin developing a buildable land analysis for Kittitas County. Mark Cook stated permissions may be needed by IT for the project to add additional layers in the County GIS data. The Board is in support of phase one of this task order and discussion with IT for access. At 1:36 PM the Board of County Commissioners announced they would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Mark Cook and Jeanne Killgore per RCW 42.30.110(g) To evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee.
