The Solid Waste Management Plan was updated and finalized in July of 2020. <br />2. The site was selected through a rigorous public outreach campaign. The site was then rezoned and <br />permitted to accommodate the transfer facility campus in March of 2021. <br />3. Underground utilities and a new collector roadway were designed and constructed to the site with <br />construction completion achieved in November of 2021. <br />32.
