Please describe how your project does or does not address environmental impacts related to <br />climate change, such as sea level rise, reduced snowpack, declining aquifers, etc. <br />The moderate risk waste (MRW) building area of the project will help keep hazardous household waste from <br />entering the ground and surface water of the surrounding areas by providing safe containment and <br />disposal. <br />This recycling depot area of the project will promote safe and efficient community access to recycling of <br />plastics, batteries, lightbulbs, paints, etc. <br />The composting area of the project will reduce VOCs and greenhouse gasses released into the environment <br />by safely diverting organics from the waste stream. <br />26.
