Request Boards Approval for Chair's Signature on Litter Grant: Commissioner Wachsmith made a <br />motion to approve Chair's signature on the Litter Grant, Commissioner Osiadacz seconded, motion <br />passed.3-0. <br />Request Boards Approval for Chair's Signature on the SWMLSWFA Grant: Item pulled from agenda <br />still waiting for document from Ecology. <br />Update on Upper County District Court Parking Lot: Patti informed the Board that the Engineers <br />estimate to fix the sinkhole, add a flagpole, and to make the entrance ADA compliant is $110,000.00. The <br />project is permitted with the city, and she plans to go out to bid on the next agenda. <br />Discussion/Decision on Upper District Court Windows: Patti informed the Board that the windows <br />were a concern for employees. Patti requested Board approval to install film and that she had a quote in <br />the amount of $1600.00. The Board approved the request to install and directed staff to make the Logo's <br />bigger to help with signage of the building. <br />Update on North Parking Lot Project: Patti informed the Board that she is ready to re -submit to the City <br />of Ellensburg along with the SEPA next week and that the project is under budget. <br />Request Board Approval to Publish Bid Invitation for Land Application: Patti informed the Board that <br />she had approval from the Department of Ecology to land apply 554,685 gallons this year and requested <br />Boards approval to go out to bid. Commissioner Wachsmith made a motion to approve, Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded, motion passed. 3-0. <br />Other Business - No Action to be taken. Discussion was held on the fire suppression system at the <br />new LCTS. Patti informed the Board that the Bloom project is going well. Discussion was held on the <br />status of Shady brook. Patti informed the Board that we are waiting for the Demo Permits from the City of <br />Ellensburg and hope to start on July 17th. Discussion was held on new Courthouse and developing talking <br />points for public input. Discussion was held on the costs of on -going maintenance and repairs at the <br />existing Courthouse/Jail, including hiring an on -call Architect off the small works roster to look at patching <br />the building. Further discussion was held on the Fire Sprinkler system in the Jail.
