KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SOLID WASTE AND MAINTENANCE MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />TUESDAY 1 2:00 PM June 14, 2022 <br />Board members present: Laura Osiadacz, Chair, Cory Wright, Vice -Chair, and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith <br />Others: Patti Stacey <br />Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 2:00 pm by Commissioner Osiadacz. <br />Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit) No members present. <br />DLR Group Presentation: DLR Group Presented via Webex the Kittitas County Courthouse <br />Replacement predesign report. Discussion was held and the Board requested that the DLR group <br />present to the Management Team and verify the space needs with each Departments. <br />RCW 42.30.110- Executive session: (c) To consider the minimum price at which real estate <br />will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of decrease price. However, final action selling or leasing public <br />property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. <br />Entered into executive session for 10 minutes.
