EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor will supply the following: All sound and lighting needs requested in <br />headline artist rider(s) and negotiated with artist management. The Contractor will also <br />provide needed sound and lighting for Patriot After Party in Behind the Chutes. <br />Attachment A shows provided equipment and services along with agreed upon <br />payment set in Exhibit "B". <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide full <br />compensation to the Contractor not to exceed the amount of $15,479.43 <br />(includes sales tax). <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />EXHIBIT "C" <br />PROOF OF INSURANCE <br />The Contractor shall secure and maintain in effect at all times during performance of <br />the Work such insurance as will protect Contractor, its Support and the Additional <br />Insured's from all claims, losses, harm, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses arising <br />out of personal injury (including death) or property damage that may result from <br />performance of the work or this Agreement, whether such performance is by <br />Contractor or any of its Support. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
