Granl FUD is ultimately rasponslble for ensuilng that all iniernal protocol and <br />exlsrnal permilt are in-plae for maintenance aclivities at Vantage Boat Launch; therefore clear <br />communication is vital to lhe future $uccess of thls property. <br />Malntenance tasks and frequenciee are designed to meet lha Grant PUD goal that all recrealion facilities <br />and equlpment will: <br />* Lookgood <br />r Be in good repair <br />r Be appropriate <br />r Function <br />All sites will meet basic *tandards for health and cleanliness: <br />r Hsalthy snvironmenl for users and employees <br />a Minimalodor <br />r Minimallitter <br />Maintenance extends the usabili$ of all built plemenls in a recraation sita. Maintenance of facillties is <br />crilical to a visitor's experiance. <br />The clsanliness of restroom faoilitios is lhe highest prioriiy to mosi park visitors and sets a first lmpresslon <br />of lhe enlire park, lt is important that the visual cleanliness of the reslroom conveys to the vlsitors a lacility <br />lhat presenls na heallh isks, no safety concarns, and a feeling of eecurl$ and nothing lhat datrqels fom <br />the site, <br />$ite cleanllnass, including ll$er removaland grounds maintenance, frequanily rank second in determining <br />visitor satisfaction, baeed on ussr comments at public recreation sites. <br />3.1 Maintenance Categoriee <br />Maintenance will be categorized in the following designalions: routine, seasonal, scheduledlcapital and <br />unsdleduled. <br />Grant PUD will be the lead 0n maintenance but duties will be shared with Kittitas County. <br />Maintenance willbe shared as shown in the following tables: <br />3
