EXHIBIT ''8" <br />COMPENSATION AMENDMENT <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work as described herein, the County shallpay Contractor compensation in an amount not to exceed $2S,000.00. The Contractor agrees to: <br />' submit invoices, at least quarterly, to the county within thirty (30) days following the lastday of the month or quarter being invoiced.o Email invoices to cambron.walker@co.kittitas.wa.us <br />' Submit invoices for actual expenses incurred during the billing period. (The County willnot pay invoices for an equal monthly or quarterly amount based on full contractcompensation.) <br />' All invoices must include the Contract Number and expenditure breakdown. <br />' The County agrees to make payment for eligible expenses as approved by the Auditor ofKittitas County with County warrants within (30) working days following receipt ofContractor's claim for reimbursement; provided that no p"!m"ni shall be made in themonth during which expenses occurred unless otherwise apfroved by the County. <br />' Kittitas County is not liable for services provided unless the invoice is received on time orprior arrangement are agreed to in a writing signed by the Kittitas County. <br />' Provide detail of expenses being billed for and supporting documentation for thoseexpenses.
