BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RES'LUTT'N No. zozs- / 2 / <br />RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County went out to bid for a contractor to remove county owned <br />mobile homes and other buildings at 1200 E. University Ave, Ellensburg, WA; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County held a mandatory pre-bid walk through on May 23,2023 <br />which was attended by seven potential bidders; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County received bids on June 5, 2023 at 2:00pm in the <br />commissioner's office and only one bid was received; and <br />WHEREAS: Belsaas and Smith was the only responsive bidder for the project; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has confirmed that the low bidder is a contractor licensed <br />with the Department of Labor and Industries. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners, in <br />the best interest of the public, hereby awards the bid for the Removal of County owned <br />Mobile homes and other structures at 1200 E.
