<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br /> <br />1. The Contractor is to remove units listed below along with all accessory <br />attachments and <br /> <br />a) Unit 7 <br />b) Unit 10 <br />c) Unit 19 <br />d) Unit 28 <br />e) Unit 34 <br />f) Unit 35 <br />g) Unit 37 <br />h) Unit 39 <br />i) Unit 40 <br />j) Unit 41 <br />k) Unit 50 <br />l) Unit 64 <br />m) Unit 73 <br />n) Unit 74 <br />o) Laundry Room <br />p) Remove perimeter wood fence behind Space #7 and Space #19. <br /> <br />2. The County has turned off all water and power to these units, but the <br />Contractor is responsible for disconnecting all utilities from the units and <br />marking the utilities per City of Ellensburg requirements. <br />3. To the extent possible the Contractor is to recycle as much of the metal as <br />possible. <br />4. Contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of all garbage and <br />other materials inside and outside or the units. <br />5. A Hazardous material assessment has been completed for all of the <br />structures and all identified materials will need to be removed in <br />accordance with industry standards. <br />The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and <br />insurance, and ensuring all related regulatory compliance under Federal and State law, <br />including those specific requirements of the Washington Department of Labor and <br />Industries, City and County. <br /> <br /> <br />
