12.15.040 Provisions Supplemental. <br />The provisions of this chapter shall be cumulative and nonexclusive and shall not affect any other <br />remedy of law. <br />12.15.050 Severability. <br />If any provision of this Chapter or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the <br />remainder of the Chapter or the application of the Chapter to other persons or circumstances shall <br />not be affected. <br />Chapter 12.20 <br />ROAD -SANDING POLICY* <br />Sections <br />12.20.010 Emergency and non -emergency. <br />* Formerly 12.05; renumbered by Ord. 2004.13, 2004 <br />12.20.010 Emergency and non -emergency. <br />The board of county commissioners, in the best interest of the public, sets the following policy: <br />Sanding will be done at intersections, hills and railroad crossings. Sanding on other areas will be <br />done only in emergencies deemed necessary by a county commissioner of his respective district and <br />the county engineer. (Ord. 94-27 (part), 1994; Res.
