1. The location of proposed streets shall allow for the proper conveyance of <br />the storm drainage system. <br />2. Where a street is indicated to dead end into an adjacent unplatted area, the <br />developer shall provide written approval from the adjacent landowner to <br />discharge his storm drainage from the street onto the adjacent land if such <br />drainage occurs. <br />3. Stub streets shall end at the property line with a cul-de-sac unless the <br />Engineer recommends otherwise. <br />4.
