(Ord. 2007-22, 2007) <br />17.11.020 Intergovernmental Review <br />Proposed projects occurring within the Urban Growth Area shall be jointly reviewed with the <br />associated city. (Ord. 2007-22, 2007) <br />17.11.030 City of Ellensburg Urban Growth Area Interlocal Agreements. <br />Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg have adopted an Interlocal agreement to facilitate the <br />orderly transition of urban services from the County to the City throughout the Urban Growth Area <br />(UGA) and to coordinate and manage growth and development within the UGA. Permit process and <br />development standards outlined in KCC 17.11.030 through KCC 17.11.039 are adopted for <br />application to properties within the City of Ellensburg Urban Growth Area. When 17.04 is <br />utilized to resolve a conflict, the county will notify the city. (Ord. 2022-017, 2022) <br />
