Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Administrative Assistant. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office <br />Administration meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />No Log for the week. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT PLAC – SLYFIELD/GAUSMAN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the appointments of Fred <br />Slyfield and Ryan Gausman, for three-year terms effective <br />immediately and ending on 12/31/2025, to the Kittitas County Public <br />Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC). Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of May 15, 2023, they would <br />publish on their Facebook the following: Sharing the Easton Memorial <br />Day Parade Event on 5/27/2023 and Memorial Day Celebration at <br />Veterans Park. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year.
