Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved <br />to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Chairman Wright seconded. <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz said she would not be voting in favor of the <br />Consent Agenda, as she would like to have Item O go through a Public <br />Hearing process before consideration of the request. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright moved to amend the motion and to approve the Consent <br />Agenda, with the exception of Item O and to remove it from <br />consideration. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith seconded.
