When the road is completed, it will decrease the size of Lot C37. According to the current <br />binding site plan, C37 is 2.52 acres that is available for land lease ability. The road, <br />depending on the final size once curb, gutter and sidewalk are added will decrease the <br />size of the lot. The total size it will decrease will be determined once construction plans <br />are finalized.
