seeking a contractor with the appropriate qualifications to ensure that existing County owned <br />mobile homes are removed and disposed of in the safest and most economical manner. <br />SCOPE OF WORK/DUTIES <br />Work under this contract: The following units are to be removed along with all attached porches, <br />skirting, and other similar attachments: <br />l. The Contractor is to remove 13 mobile homes, one stick-built home and the concrete <br />block laundry room listed below: <br />a. Space #7 <br />b. Space #10 <br />c. Space #19 <br />d. Space #28 <br />e. Space #34 <br />f. Space #35 <br />g. Space #37 <br />h. Space #39 <br />i. Space #40 <br />j. Space#41 <br />k. Space #50 <br />l. Space #64 <br />m. Space #73 <br />n. Unit#74 <br />o. Laundry Building <br />p. Remove perimeter wood fence behind Space #7 and Space #19 <br />2. The contractor is to remove all accessory buildings and debris left on site and grade the <br />site's level and put compost mulch and hydro seed the disturbed area. <br />3. The County has turned off all water and power to these units, but the Contractor is <br />responsible to disconnecting all utilities from the units, and mark sewers per City code. <br />4. All hazardous materials have been identified in the attached reports from Fulcrum <br />Environmental and will need to be removed per code. <br />5. The Contractor is responsible for all rodent abatement per City code. <br />6. To the extent possible the Contractor is to recycle as much of the metal as possible. <br />7. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance, <br />and ensuring all related regulatory compliance under Federal and State law, including <br />those specific requirements of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries, City <br />and County. <br />8. All work must be completed by August 1,2023.
