All work is guaranteed for one full year upon completion. Prices are subject to change due to possible increases in oil product prices. It is agreed that any controversy arising from this contract will be subject to binding arbitration in Yakima, Washington pursuant to the construction industry arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
