Kittitas County – Bowers Field <br /> <br /> <br /> Page | 22 <br /> <br />19.04.210 Right of Inspection <br />To the extent necessary to protect the rights and interests of the County or to investigate <br />compliance with the terms of these Rules and Regulations, the County shall have the right to <br />inspect during reasonable times, all premises, structures, or improvements, equipment, <br />licenses, registrations, and all aircraft’s air worthiness certificates. The inspection of the <br />premises will be made, when possible, in the presence of the Lessee or Owner, upon providing <br />no less than 24 hours’ notice for non-emergencies. <br /> <br />19.04.220 Severability <br />If any section or part of a section of the minimum standards be declared void by any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections or parts of sections shall remain in full force and <br />effect.
