The property has Reecer Creek <br />that bisects the middle of the property and retains an 85 foot stream buffer. There are also potential <br />wetlands on this property which will add additional buffers further hampering the property's ability to <br />be constructed on. Lastly the property is triangular and bordered on three sides with rights-of-way <br />which require building setbacks from the edge of the right-of-way.
