APRIL 17, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Admin Assistant; Bryan Elliott, <br />County Auditor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 14, 2023. <br /> <br />CONSIDER WSAC/NATIONAL CENTER FOR PUBLIC LANDS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve authorizing payment for <br />WSAC’s Special Assessment for Supporting the National Center for <br />Public Lands Counties, as presented by County Auditor Elliott. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION AGENDA STAFF REPORT STYLES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed the varying types of Staff Reports that are used <br />throughout the County and the desire to streamline. They discussed <br />the purpose of them as well as how they benefit the public. The <br />Board determined that in the letter Chairman Wright would be sending <br />out, he would provide samples of the BoCC Staff Report for all <br />regular Agenda items to be used by all who put items before the <br />Board.
