This project may be required to pay impact <br />fees. You can view the traffic impact fees online at <br />http://ww-w.codep-Liblishin,g.com/wa/ellensbtirg]. <br />The developer is required to obtain all other permits (HPA if required, DOE constriction site <br />grading permit; Ellensburg construction storm water permit, etc.) that may be required as a result <br />of development. <br />Additional utility easements may be required for any proposed utility outside of the right of way. <br />Specific issues will be addressed at civil plan submittal and final plan submittal. <br />All work performed in the right of way will need to be done by a licensed and bonded contractor <br />with the City of Ellensburg. <br />Landscape plans will need to be included for review of any conflicts with existing or proposed <br />utilities. <br />Cc: File 23-062 <br />MKnow whale's ITPOR©UU. <br />.
