I(ITTITA.S C(o('NTTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />David Ohl, Airport Director <br />0410412023 <br />AIRPORT HANGAR GROUND LEASE AMENDMENT <br />WHBREAS: on December 1,2021, Kittitas County ("County") and Linda and Mark Merrill <br />(hereinafter "Tenant") entered into an "Airport Hangar Ground Lease" (hereinafter'lease') for <br />real property at the Bowers Field Airport, as authorized by Resolution 2021-195; and <br />WHEREAS: the legal description erroneously set forth lot H-158 rather than lot H-24; and <br />WHEREAS: the size of lot H-158 is 6,960 square feet and the size of lot H-24 is 7,480 square <br />feet; and <br />WHBREAS: the annual rent for the lease will change from $1,113.60 to $1,254 per year based <br />on the increased space leased; and <br />WHEREAS: the parties wish to correct that error such that the Tenant's lease is for lot H-24 for <br />the annual rent of $1,254.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />The Tenant and County agree to amend said lease by (1)correcting the legal description to <br />reference lotH-24, which is 7,480 square feet, (rather than lot H-158 that is 6,960 square feet) <br />and (2) specifying that the annual rent is $1,254.00 (rather than $1,1 13.00). <br />All othertertns aud conditions of the lease shall reurain in firll force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS <br />seals the 4?^ day of <br />WHERE , County and Tenant have signed their names and affixed their <br />2023. <br />/l/illll\ <br />COUNTY: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />K , WASHINGTON <br />CommApproved as to form: <br />ABSENT <br />TEL (509) 933-821931 10 Airport Rd, Ste. #1 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926
