First Friday and other events utilize <br />direct count. We utilize EventBrite for our ticket sales which gives us personal <br />information on every attendee. During our Meet and Greets our ERHOF Members <br />mingle with attendees who willingly provide them with stats. We add to our <br />database every year during our annual membership drive. We use Boomerang; <br />which is a database program that tracks usage and personal information. <br />2500 character limit <br />Amount <br />$ 6,000.00 <br />What changes will be made if funding for your request is not available or recommended? <br />We will have to cutback on the marketing and advertising for this project. We <br />believe that the 100th year celebration of the Ellensburg Rodeo is a monumental <br />tourism draw to our county and with adequate funds for marketing and advertising <br />we can reach those potential tourist from out of region to come to our area and <br />spent time and money experiencing the culture we have to offer with the <br />Ellensburg Rodeo and the Kittitas Valley Agricultural Heritage.
