WHEREAS, in accordance with the interlocal agreement, Kittitas County will provide <br />notice to each successful applicant and will require a contract be agreed to by each <br />successful applicant prior to funding awards being available for reimbursement; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the interlocal agreement, Kittitas County will serve as <br />the single reimbursing agencyforallsuccessfulapplicants and willbilleach participating <br />municipality's lodging tax fund for its respective share of any reimbursements awarded <br />and applied for; and <br />WHEREAS, the legislative authorities for Kittitas County and the cities of Ellensburg, <br />Cle Elum, and Roslyn are approving onlytheirrespective lodging taxfund grant awards. <br />NCIW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED:Thatthe City of Ellensburg hereby awards the <br />2023 Hotel/Motel Tax fund grants distribution for special events and projects as follows: <br />Laughing Horse Arts Foundation <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center- Patriot Night <br />Gallery One <br />Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame <br />The Patch at Jenson Farms <br />Junktiquen in the Burg <br />ADOPTED this 21*tday of February 2023 <br />$3,835.00 <br />$25,000.00 <br />$15,000.00 <br />$s34.22 <br />$3,500.00 <br />$5,052.00 <br />$53,321.22 <br />i- <br />ayot <br />A <br />Clerk
