Due <br />diligence in planning and evaluating each event that we support on whether we <br />need to make budget amendments is ongoing. lf this event was unable to be <br />funded we would work with our stakeholders and board to determine if the event <br />can go forth, be scaled-down, or if it is necessary to cancel depending on <br />available funding. Each event has a different draw, and provides various <br />experiences to the guests.
