Contractors must complete the Lod ging Tax Reimbursement online training course providedbythe county Auditor,s office prio r to filing reimbursement claim.Requests forreimbursement will not be accepted by the County Auditor prior to the training bein gcompleted. Contractor shall comply licenses, permits, and oth authority (including, but County and applicable to contractor shall not (by contract, operation of law or otherwise) delegate or subcontractperformance of any services to any other person or entity without the prior written consentof the county and city. Any such delegation or subcontracting without the county,s or city,sprior written consent shail be voidabre at the county,s or city;s option. contractor shall at all times be an independent contractor and not an agent or representativeof the county or City with regard to performing the services. contractor shall not representthat it is, or hold itself out as, an agent or representative of the county or city. ln no eventshall contractor be authorized to enter into any Agreement or undertaking for or on behalfof the county or city. lt is understood that the contractor and the contractor,s staff andemployees are not em.ployees of the county or city and are not, therefore, entitled to anybenefits provided employees of the County or City. with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, er requirements, now or hereafter in effect, of any governmental not limited to, such requirements as may be imposed upon the Services).
