We receive funding for <br />advertising from the Roslyn Downtown Association, NKC Tribune Matching Ad <br />Sponsorship Program, and local businesses. We will continue to request support <br />from these funding sources. We will also explore other sources of funding at the <br />state and national level through various grant programs. <br />We are fortunate to have broad support from various groups in the community. <br />Our volunteer hours shown only include hours for our events in 2022. They do not <br />include the thousands of volunteer hours spent in the Roslyn Cemetery each year <br />maintaining and improving the grounds as well as working on the various projects <br />throughout the 27 different cemeteries. The hours spent maintaining the Coal <br />Miners' Memorial are also not included. <br />2500 character limit <br />What changes will be made if funding for your request is not available or recommended? <br />lf we don't receive LTAC funding lor 2023 we will scale back our plans. Advertising <br />our large-scale events will continue, as will advertising our guest speakers but <br />expanding our reach outside the County will be limited. You must submit a budget which specifically pertains to <br />the projecUevent for which you are requesting funding and adheres to the basic budget format shown below. <br />The budget must include anticipated revenues, expenditures, and any potential profit or loss. For projects/events which <br />are ongoing for more than one (1) year, please also submit actuals from the previous three (3) years of operations <br />(need not be consecutive) for the projecUproposal if applicable. <br />For any claimed in-kind contributions valued at $500 or more and related to marketing/advertising, you must <br />submit verifying documentation which assures the contribution will be provided.
