PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT ''B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />For the period of January L,2023 to December 3L, 2023, Contractor will be paid $5,000 per month <br />Contractor shall submit invoices to the County on a monthly basis on the first of each month after services are <br />provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount of 5100 per month for routine <br />expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable upon submission of an invoice <br />detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior authorization of the County <br />and reimbursed as an additional cost to this agreement. <br />For the service period of January 1,2023 to March 3L,2023, Contractor shall provide a combined single invoice <br />on May L,2023. <br />Page 4 of 18
