04/04/2023 MINUTES 4 AGREEMENT LAW & JUSTICE GRANT AUDITOR Approve the Law & Justice Grant No. 23-01, between Kittitas County and the Kittitas County Public Health Department, in the amount of $2,000.00 for Car Seats and Booster Seats. AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE AUDITOR Approve Amendment B to the Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource for the Shelter in Place Program, beginning March 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023. AGREEMENT RJ TOURING, INC. EVENT CENTER Approve an Agreement between RJ Touring, Inc. and the Kittitas County Event Center, for Runaway June’s performance at the Patriot Night Under the Lights event on July 3, 2023. SET PUBLIC HEARING PROMOTIONAL DAY EVENT CENTER Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider a new promotional day at the Kittitas County Fair, to be held on April 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. SET PUBLIC HEARING AMEND BEDDING FEES EVENT CENTER Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider amending the bedding fees for the 2023 Kittitas County Fair, to be held on April 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. CONTRACT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT SHERIFF Acknowledge Modification P00006 between the Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office, in the amount of $25,000.00, for law enforcement support services, beginning May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. AGREEMENT WASHINGTON STATE PATROL SHERIFF Acknowledge a User Agreement between the Washington State Patrol and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for Livescan to WIN ABIS Transmission of Biometric Data.
