Excused: Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Emily Smith, Admin Assistant; Debbie Stanavich, Admin <br />Assistant; Chris Horner, Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Brian Carlson, <br />Budget & Finance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 31, 2023. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION SENIOR SHARE COST CONTRACT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wright moved to authorize Commissioner Wachsmith beginning <br />negotiations between the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County on <br />the Senior Share Cost Contract. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT GREGORY/McBRIDE - KCDDAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the appointments of Ms. Barb <br />Gregory and Mr. David McBride as members of the Kittitas County <br />Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee for three-year terms <br />effective immediately and ending 12/31/2025. Chairman Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br />
