• Topics for Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Loeffers noted that KCPHD recommends an annual RFP process to reduce the complexity in funds <br />administration and oversight; the Board agreed with the recommendation. Discussion around holding a <br />reserve amount for pressing issues that come up. This will be a topic of continued discussion in the <br />future. <br /> <br />Board of Health Feedback Discussion <br />Chelsey Loeffers discussed the CHA/CHIP process and presentation prioritization process and will be <br />bringing updates to the board.
