Fire Safew and Protection <br />We will erect 4 10 foot by 10 foot canopies, and tables <br />Public Health/E ronmental Health <br />We will rent portable toilets for the event from a local contractor, at a ratio of 1 toilet: 50 people plus <br />one extra toilet. The contractor will drop off the toilets during the evening on 6/2 and retrieve the <br />toilets after the event ends on 6/4. <br />Law Enforcement/SecuriW/Emergencv Medical Services <br />We have a designated first aid station and one staff member who is trained in wilderness first aid. We <br />will notify the fire department and emergency medical services of the event in the week leading up to <br />the event, and will provide them a map of the event in case of an emergency. <br />There will be brief sound amplification from approximately 8:45-9:00am on each date for a pre-race <br />safety briefing. <br />Volunteers will direct traffic as needed while wearing reflective vests. <br />We are requesting the county allow parking along Umptanum Road for the duration of the events. <br />Public Roads <br />We are requesting the county allow parking along Umptanum Road for the duration of the events <br />Garbage/Recvcline <br />We will collect all trash from the event and deliver it to the Kittitas County Landfill <br />Penal Bond <br />We are requesting that the penal bond be waved for these events based on the following criteria
